6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Motiva offers free and paid subscription tiers.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your platform.
• All payments and refunds are subject to the respective store's billing policies.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Motiva — including workout programs, videos, text, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Fit With Motiva and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy the App.
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Sharing your account credentials with others.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page within the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit With Motiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any injury resulting from exercise programs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
